Vision for the Connexion - NURTURE - All avenues used to nurture our members so that they know in whom they believe and what they believe. Look forward to Connexional Publications starting with the base- the Church School Curriculum.
- OUTREACH AND WITNESS. I am convinced that Churches that are content with maintenance and remain within its walls will gradually be irrelevant to its neighbourhood. I have visions of a Church that surveys its community and out of its sets about addressing at least one area of making the Church "Salt" in the community.
- WORSHIP. I have vision of Corporate Worship as a time when faith in Christ and living in the World intersect and God is glorified thereby. I have visions of persons being called into discipleship. Of persons willing to let the Spirit guide rather that trying to hold God in little boxes of yesteryear. I have visions of a Church where generational differences are acknowledged and appreciated rather than frowned upon.
- A CHURCH WITH A MISSION. I have a vision of all of us as members of the MCCA acknowledging we are not a Mission Field but a Missionary Church with all that implies for supporting existing endeavours and attempting new ones.
